📦 What are your processing and shipping times?
Standard Orders: Jerseys are handmade to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before shipping.
Rush Orders:
Rush Order (+$25): For concerts 7–13 days away
Express Rush (+$40): For concerts 3–6 days away
Emergency Rush (+$50): For concerts 2 days or less away
Shipping times vary by location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days once shipped.
🚨 What if I need my jersey fast?
Choose the Rush Order option that matches your concert date when adding your jersey to the cart. Rush fees move your order to the front of the line so it’s ready in time.

📐 How do the jerseys fit?
Jerseys are unisex with a relaxed, oversized fit.
For a fitted look, order one size down.
For an extra-loose look, order one size up.
👉 Example: If you wear a Medium T-shirt, a Medium jersey will fit oversized.
🧼 How do I care for my jersey?
Spot clean when possible.
If washing is needed, wash inside-out on cold, gentle cycle.
Air dry only — do not tumble dry.
Do not iron directly over vinyl, glitter, or rhinestones.
🔄 What is your return or refund policy?
All jerseys are custom-made, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there’s an error on our part (wrong size shipped, incorrect design). Please double-check your selections before ordering.
